HEART PALPITATION: HERBAL HOME REMEDY

Palpitation like other health problems could be a hindrance to success and goals. Study shows that most student in higher institution especially are faced with the problem of heart palpitation when they feel like making their opinion known in the midst of others or during lectures.
This is not peculiar to students alone, but a great number of people apart from the students, are also affected. Though fear, inferiority complex, lack of confidence may contribute, various other factors can also contribute.
CAUSES- Lack of potassium, Anxiety, stress, anemia, drug abuse- smoking, drug overdose, fear, lack of confidence/ inferiority complex and low self-esteem, high blood pressure, low level of oxygen in the blood, alcoholism, fever, overeating. It is not to be taken lightly when one begins to have chest pain, unusual sweating, headache, loss of consciousness, shortness of breath, dizziness. These could be a sign of heart disease and can become a serious problem if not taken care of as soon as possible.
REMEDY- Get some Kalanchoe pinnatum plant leaves called[ebe okpokpan in urhobo, eru-odundun in Yoruba, odaa opue in igbo], avocado pearl leaves and seven limes, wash them properly, cut the limes and put them in a pot or kettle, and add about two liters of water, cook for about thirty minutes and allow cooling.

You can also get some clean bitter leaves and scent leaves, wash properly, squeeze with water in a bowl and drink the juice. This will heart to keep your heart in good shape.
DOSAGE- one little teacup – morning and evening until symptoms disappear. For other heart problems, search this blog for other remedies.
Ensure to eat much banana, unsalted groundnut, avocado pear for your potassium level to increase. Potassium is very important to maintain a healthy heart.
