INTERNAL/EXTERNAL PILE; HERBAL HOME REMEDY


Pile also known as hemorrhoid is inflammation of the veins inside and outside the anus region or rectum. 


The pile may cumulate into about four to five stages, from minor to chronic; it’s therefore very important to take immediate measures to ensure effective treatment once symptoms are noticed. Various factors contribute to the problems of the pile.

SYMPTOMS INCLUDE- Pains around the anus region, a mix of blood with stool, bleeding, itching around the anus, bloody urine protruded or swollen anus especially when defecating- -popooing.

CAUSES- Prolong chronic constipation or poor dietary habit, sitting on a hard object for a long time, insufficient water intake, hormonal disorders, overeating, increase blood flow and weight of the fetus on the abdomen due to pregnancy, lifting heavy objects always, chronic diarrhea, too much intake of spices, excessive intake of food that is low in fiber food e.t.c.

REMEDY- Get four wonderful kola, some xylopia aethopia, garlic, and about ten limes, wash properly, pound, put in a pot, cut the limes in pieces, and add one and a half liters of water, then cook. Allow cooling.

DOSAGE- Two-shot- morning and evening. 
Also apply some grinded or pounded garlic and the xylopia aethiopica  mixed with castor oil and apply to the anus in case of the external pile. 
N/B – you must avoid indulging in activities or taking foods that complicate it and always drink enough water.
