PNEUMONIA: HERBAL HOME REMEDY

Pneumonia is a bacteria or viral infection that affects the lung, but may not be as harsh as in the case of tuberculosis. Symptoms of pneumonia may last for a few days or weeks before subsiding. A more chronic condition that causes chronic coughing may result to damage in other organ in the body if not treated on time.

SYMPTOMS MAY INCLUDE- Cough that may pump out greenish- brownish or pinkish mucus tingled with blood; fever, fast breathing and feeling short of breath, shaking and teeth chattering as a result of a chill feelings, occasional chest pain that is worsen by the cough or when breathing in, weakness. The presence of other diseases in the body may worsen condition and feature other symptoms.

CAUSES. Germs, virus, bacteria - pneumococcus, streptococcus, Staphylococcus aureus, immunodeficiency, chronic, obstructive pulmonary disease, liver disease, kidney disease, toxins inhalation, improper lifestyle.

REMEDY- Get some dried grinded garlic (or pound some fresh ones yourself) and clove (canfra in yoruba), mix with pineapple and orange juice in a gallon and add some pure honey to preserve.

DOSAGE- four tablespoon - six times daily. 

You can also make a tea of some dried scent leaves and lemon grass tea, drink when it's still a bit hot - morning and night.

BRONCHITIS: HERBAL HOME REMEDY




Bronchitis is an acute inflammation of the bronchial tube which leads to the lung. It occurs when the trachea and the bronchi or airways within the lungs become inflamed as a result of infections or irritation from other factors.
SYMPTOMS – Mucus discharge, cough, fever, difficulty breathing, chest pain, loss of appetite, hoarseness, e.t.c.
CAUSES – Virus infection, use of drug, hereditary factors, smoking, working in a damp environment, bad weather condition.


REMEDY –  Get some clove (canafra in yoruba), long black pepper ( uda in igbo, Urhobo is Urherin and eeru in Yoruba), garlic, thyme, ginger, some wonderful kola- wash, pound all, pour into a container and add about two litres of water and some pure honey to preserve. You can take it without the honey.

DOSAGE; Four tablespoon - morning and night till symptom disappear.
OPTION 2: Mix two or three tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water and drink- three to five times a day.
